Synopsis
In this absurdist short film, two neighbours become locked in a competitive battle over who has the most beautiful front garden. Cor, a 75-year-old man, spends his days meticulously perfecting his garden, until his routine is disrupted by the arrival of Theo, who moves into the run-down house across the street. When Theo begins renovating his own garden, the grass suddenly becomes quite literally greener on the other side, sparking an escalating rivalry fueled further by passing onlookers. Beneath the humour, the film reveals a moral about comparison, pride, and human desire.
