Synopsis
During a history class, Rinio, Marvin, and Dogla become fascinated by the story of the mysterious Fort Buku, once a refuge of the Boni freedom fighters, formerly enslaved people who resisted colonial oppression. When the friends learn that the fort’s disappearance was never resolved, they venture into the Surinamese jungle to find it. What begins as an exciting adventure gradually unfolds into a magical journey that connects them to their roots.
